This egg cleaner gives maximum efficiency to the small scale egg producer. All four corners are rounded with a tapered bottom to provide easy cleaning and ample drainage.

A specially designed motor has been mounted directly to the top of the machine. An extended shaft connects the motor to the circulator halfway down the washer. This strategic positioning provides maximum cleaning capacity with even distribution of water on the plastic egg tray rack.

It is fully equipped with a drain assembly and very durable lock-in caster wheels. The top of the unit is equipped with a cover surrounding the entire perimeter to prevent any water from splashing out of the unit.

IMPORTANT: The TECS-EW-1 egg washer requires either the TECS-EW-2 Plastic Coated Egg Washing Rack and Plastic 30 Egg Trays or the TECS-EB-1 Plastic Coated Wire Egg Basket. All sold separately. Please note that when using the TECS-EW-2 Egg Tray Rack, an empty tray must be inserted at the top to safely secure the eggs during the cleaning process.

Capacity of this unit is approximately 8 egg cases or 1,200 eggs per hour.
