As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 crisis, we hope you, your family and friends are healthy and safe.

 

We are pleased to report that our office, warehouse and manufacturer’s facilities remain 100% operational. In our office, we have been continuing to practice social distancing, washing hands frequently, wiping down work spaces and providing access to hand sanitizer. We want to ensure you that we are taking all necessary precautionary measures to keep our team at The Egg Carton Store safe and healthy.

 

Over the last few weeks, we have seen a large increase in demand for egg cartons and poultry supplies. In response, our team has increased our incoming shipments to account for the high demand. While we have experienced some products being out of stock, we want to assure you that this is not a manufacturing issue. Products that are out of stock will typically be replenished within a week. We encourage you to continue checking the website for product availability and allow additional lead-time for receiving your orders.

 

If you find that your product is out of stock and need to know when you can order next, please e-mail our office at www.customerservice@eggcartonstore.com including the products item number and the quantity you need. With that information, we will be happy to send you the date the product will be available again.

As COVID-19 has impacted health and businesses around the world, companies have been making the necessary decisions to protect the health and safety of their employees and customers. We want to assure you that our team at The Egg Carton Store, along with our manufacturers and shippers, are equipped to continue supplying our products to you.


Due to the crucial role we play in supplying food packaging and supplies, The Egg Carton Store is considered an essential business and may continue to operate under state of emergency and shelter in place orders recently issued in the U.S.  This also includes FTL, LTL carriers, UPS and FEDEX as they will be continued to be allowed to move critical products and goods.


We understand that many of our customers rely on us for packaging and supplies for their eggs. We have strong partnerships with top manufactures from across North America and Europe and are in constant communication with each of them. We want to assure you that we are not experiencing any product shortages at this time and have inventories in place for the Spring season. Due to the Covid-19 measures, along with high-volume seasonality, we do suggest you allow additional lead-time for receiving your orders.
